Maxwell AFB, AL requires a solution to replace current presentation equipment within the Maxwell Events Center, building 144, locally known as the Officer’s Club. Only one room will include replacement known as the main ballroom. Vendor provided solutions need to include a retractable ceiling dual projection screen, rear projector, and short throw rear projection lens. Equipment replacement will include connection standards for laptop and computer-generated formats. These requirements will not contain Video Teleconferencing (VTC) suites. Requirements shall separate systems to fit the area and A/V need. Projection screen(s) shall provide an HD resolution to be seen to the back of the main ballroom.
