Please follow all instructions contained within the attached Solicitation FA330024R0024, and ensure you review all contents of Attachments 1-10. 1. This will be a competitive Total Woman-Owned Small Busniess Set Aside firm-fixed-priced contract. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued on a competitive basis. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quote, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Failure to meet a requirement may result in offeror being ineligible for award. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP). 2. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled at Building 804, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama on Thursday, 06 June 2024, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by 03 June 2024, at 4:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendee's name (as reflected on their driver's license), include title and a telephone number for each individual. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof.
