This email serves as notice that the Official Solicitation for “Repair Rooms, Building 1410” has been posted to sam.gov under Notice ID: FA330024R0004 Please follow all instructions contained within the attached RFP FA330024R0004, and ensure you review all contents of Attachments 1 -4. 1. This will be a competitive firm-fixed-priced contract. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued on a competitive basis. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of quote, offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. Failure to meet a requirement may result in offeror being ineligible for award. Proposals must be complete, self-sufficient and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Proposal (RFP). 2. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for Building 1410, Maxwell Air Force Base, Gunter Annex, Alabama on Thursday, 21 December 2023, at 10 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). Offerors should be at the Gunter Annex Visitor's Shack at 0900 CDT to receive a visitor's pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by 19 December 2023, at 12:00 PM CDT. In addition to the attendee's name (as reflected on their driver's license), include title and a telephone number for each individual. Submit the requested information to Kemeshia Smith, kemeshia.smith@us.af.mil and TSgt Lionel Gibson, lionel.gibson@us.af.mil . Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve contractors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. All pertinent questions must be submitted by e-mail 27 December 2023 at 1200 PM CDT. The submission deadline for this proposal is 8 January 2024 at 4:00 PM CDT.
