Project Title: FY 24 PNQS 23-7219 Repair Battery Room The current battery shop ventilation in Bldg 1456 does not meet the facility safety requirements of the weapon system manufacturer. The battery room exhaust ducts must extend to the exterior of the building and must follow the shortest route of discharge. The estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance and Payment Bonds are mandatory. Please be advised, a site visit is scheduled for Building (Bldg.) 1456, Maxwell Air Force Base, on Monday, 11 March 2024 at 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT), Offerors should arrive at the respective Visitor's Shack 30-minutes prior to the scheduled start time to receive a visitor's pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by 11 March 2024, at 08:00 AM CDT. Proposals are due by 4:30 PM CDT 25 March 2024.
