Provide all the personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and all other items, necessary to provide and perform rental services for base portable toilets and hand washing stations... Provide all the personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and all other items, necessary to provide and perform rental services for base portable toilets and hand washing stations on Maxwell AFB. Perform all operations required to provide set up, delivery, and all services needed to maintain all equipment in an upright, clean condition. Provide portable toilets, toilet trailers, water, hand washing stations, and services to buildings, industrial areas, athletic fields, training areas and recreation areas. Location of all equipment shall be determined by the government. Service frequency is located in Appendix A.
