The Government will require proof of ejection seat currency as described in Section III Quote Preparation, Part I (Technical), Subfactor S1.5. and subsequently in Section IV Basis For Award, Part I (Technical), Subfactor S1.5. The Government will not confirm that offerors own any aircraft provided to be used in the required services. Per PWS paragraph 4.3.2 Safety and Compliance, the Contractor is responsible for adhering to all FAA regulations. FAR 52.219-14 ‘Limitations on Subcontracting’ is included in FAR 52.212-5 ‘Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Products and Commercial Services.’ The Government has revised the operations start date (Period of Performance) to 06 June 24, but encourages offerors to mobilize their aircraft sooner if possible/practical. Jet Introduction 3 (JETI-3) is not an Air Force Program of Record. An amended Combined Synopsis/Solicitation has been added to the attachments. See the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and list of applicable Clauses and Provisions.
