This will be a firm fixed-price competitive definitive contract with a magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000 IAW FAR 36.204 - Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. The solicitation will be made available on the System for Award (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov, on or about 22 April 2024, a projected site visit scheduled on or about 22 April 2024, a projected submission deadline on or about 03 May 2024, and an anticipated project completion date of 120 days after the government issues the notice to proceed. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 236220 is added to your company's SAM registration. 2. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code and a Unique Entity Identifier. 3. All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered and active in the SAM database. Vendors not registered in the SAM database are ineligible for award.
