STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENT Maxwell/Gunter_42CS_Cisco Switches 26 March 2024 Introduction and Background. The 42nd Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to acquire Two Cisco C9500 Series Switches. Justification: These switches will provide more Virtual Routing and Forwarding (VRF) and the ability to better implement Software Defined Networking (SDN) on Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex. DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEMS. The new requirement consists of Cisco Catalyst 9500 series switches. 3.0 Networking Equipment: The contractor shall provide the following switches: 3.0.1. Cisco Systems (CISCOPRO) Catalyst 9500 48-port x1/10/25G+ 4-port 40/100G, Advantage. 4.0 Performance Management Plan (PMP): ): The contractor shall provide a PMP that shows a timeline from issuance of the contract to delivery of the communications equipment to the delivery location identified in this solicitation. The PMP may be expressed in terms of “days after contract”. This PMP shall include, at a minimum, a timeline for: Description Days After Contract Ordering Delivery 5.0. Warranty: 5.0.1.
