The 42d Contracting Squadron is seeking sources that are willing and able to provide Dell Hardware Support in Bldg 1406. Minimum support required is 1 year of post-warranty hardware support for the items listed within the SOW, with telephone and/or on-site support with 4-hour response 13 hours per day 5 days per week (4-hour 13x5) and Defective Media Retention (DMR). Or equal support is acceptable. Please refer to the attached SOW for part numbers, quantity, and serial numbers that are to be covered within the Statement of Work. Currently we are not seeking quotes at this time but only looking if vendors can meet the requirement.
