This requirement is to obtain full-time employees (FTEs) to support the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (AFCOOL) program’s efforts to collect overdue and missing grades for credentialing goals. The contractor shall process recoupment of funds for incomplete credentialing goals and failed grades, answer basic level messages in the Air Force Virtual Education Center (AFVEC) messenger, and collect/update missing grades. Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further information. The Government is asking for interested, capable vendors to submitt a capability statement.
