Existing hea... The purpose this requirement is to have the HVAC systems in buildings 117 & 121 replaced. As of now the buildings are unable to be used due to the underground chill water lines being cut. Existing heating and air conditional units will need to be removed and replaced with energy efficient economic split A/C Heat pumps in the bedrooms and living rooms. Proposed units will require infrastructure modification to walls to accept units. Potential units will require electrical modification of the existing electrical system/panel for them to operate properly.
