If we are talking about Para 3.0.3 Period Of Performance Only, FLEX Software Licensing Renewal and Sustainment with Option Years: Then Yes, Only Cisco Licensing and Support (Sustainment) If we are talking about the complete requirement: Then we will need everything requested from Para 2.0 – 4.0 2. In the options would you also be looking for sustainment services pricing as well? Are any follow-on services needed like the installation services, we are scoping upfront, but for the out years. No, as for services not identified in the SOW, those will be solicited/competed through a separate contract at another point in time. 3. Technically acceptable means meeting all requirements in the PWS without exception as stated in: PART 1 – Technical of the PWS A WRITTEN STATEMENT that he/she adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation including the Statement of Work without exceptions. PART 2 – Price The offeror must submit proposed unit and extended prices in the SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES for Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) 0001, 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002. The total price for all CLINs (0001, 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002) will be evaluated for reasonableness. NOTE: offerors must provide the grand total price of all CLIN values; this dollar value will represent the total evaluated price (TEP) of the offerors RFQ. 4. A standalone Price Sheet will not be provided. Page 2 and 3 of the Combo document is the format for providing pricing for each CLIN in the requirement. 5. Pricing for CLINS 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002 are for Cisco Unified Border Element, CUBE FLEX Trunk Session Software Licenses, Renewal and Sustainment Support Service in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW) paragraph 3.0.3. – 3.0.3.3; Quantities in the PWS are accurate. 6. No other changes have been made. THIS IS A CISCO BRAND NAME REQUIRMENT In accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW), the 42d Communications Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for the installation and activation of a New In Box (NIB) Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Cisco Session Border Controller (SBC) equipment to process Internet Protocol (IP) voice services, provide full FLEX Software Licenses, Renewal and Sustainment Support Services, and to migrate both the Defense Switched Network (DSN) and Federal Telecommunications System (FTS) trunk circuits. Base Year Period of Performance (PoP): 25 September 2023 through 24 September 2024.
