Name tag(s) will have the cadet’s first and last name, title and affiliation centered both vertically and horizontally - Name Tag Number Two: Cloth nametag 2 x 4 inches in size with Velcro on the back for each cadet. Name tag will be black with silver piping and text will be in silver block capitol letters. The cadet’s first and last name, title and affiliation with the ROTC Flight Certificate Badge (also known as the AFROTC Cadet Senior Pilot Badge) above the name centered both vertically and horizontally. - Right Shoulder: Three inch square Velcro patch will be affixed to the right shoulder just below the seam. - Left Shoulder: Two inch tall by three inch wide Velcro patch affixed to the left shoulder just below the seam All items above must be accomplished, all requirements are available commercially and should have little to no lead time for materials.
