GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to purchase services as described in this document. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA330022RFQ0005 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03 (effective 20 Dec 2021) and the Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20220128 effective 28 January 2022. A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811212 with a size standard of $30M.
