The contractor shall provide administrative management and technical expertise functions as well as overall support management of the Client’s combatives program. The contractor will be a member of the Client’s group staff and oversee the combatives training and development of over 100 staff member across three squadrons and over 3,000 new officer accessions annually. Training will take place on Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama or at the Vigilant Warrior Compound in Titus, Alabama, with possible TDYs to support ROTC Detachments.
