NO QUOTES PLEASE. The purpose of this requirement is to acquire a service contract for Web Intensive New Gain System (WINGS) Web Application Penetration Test. Web application security testing is focused on evaluating the security of a web application. The process involves an active analysis and exploitation of the web application for any weaknesses, technical flaws, or vulnerabilities. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further information.
