AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to revise and/or update language, which is highlighted in yellow, in Section L, Section M, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ). Also, DFARS 252.211-7003 and FAR 52.204-14 were deleted from the solicitation. This solicitation has also been extended to 12 May 2022, no later than 2:00 PM CST. Please see the following amendments: Solicitation, Section L, Section M, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ). Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) selects, educates, trains, and commissions college students to be officers and leaders of character in the Total Air and Space Force. Additionally, AFROTC instills the values of citizenship, national and community service, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment in college students. Currently there are 145 AFROTC Detachments. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This Firm-fixed-price (FFP), cost reimbursable contract is being solicited competively and will be set-aside 100% Small Business concerns. Only offerors from small business concerns will be accepted. The proposed solicitation will be assigned the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611699 (All Other Miscellenous School and Instruction), with a size standard of $12,000,000.00. A firm fixed-priced (FFP) with cost reimbursement CLIN contract is contemplated. This acquisition will be conducted using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures and award will be made to the responsible offeror. The government intends to award a contract without discussions with respective offerors. The government, however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest. Therefore, the offeror’s initial proposal should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
