The purpose and objective of this requirement is to replace the public address equipment that supports all the base audio service requirements including senior ranking ceremonies, promotions, retirements, and other significant events. The present equipment is old technology, actually over 10 years old and cannot support Bluetooth technology nor other communications formats needed. The wear and tear over the years has caused several problems and is in dire need of replacement.
