The 42d Contracting Squadron is seeking sources that are willing and able to provide renewal of the annual hardware support for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) hardware in AFHRA Bldg 1405. Support required is 1 year of post-warranty hardware support for the items on the attached spreadsheet, with telephone and/or on-site support with 4-hour response 13 hours per day 5 days per week (4-hour 13x5) and Defective Media Retention (DMR). Or equal support is acceptable. POP is 31 Mar 2021 to 30 Mar 2022. Request 3 option years following this initial renewal. Reinstatement will be required. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Refer to the attached spreadsheet for part numbers, quantity, and serial numbers that are to be covered. Support for these items will include telephone technical assistance, on-site technical assistance, and replacement of defective hardware. Defective Media Retention will allow AFHRA/IT to retain and destroy defective storage media. Response time will 4-hours, 13 hours per day, 5 days per week (M-F). Support for storage arrays and servers will included support for all hard drives. Information Requested From Interested Sources: Request the following information be provided: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, voice and fax telephone numbers and e-mail address. 2. Type of business, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, HubZone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business, large business,etc.), North American Industry Classification System (NAICS), CAGE Code and DUNS Number. 3. Provide references for at least three (3) contracts performed by your company that are the same or similar to this requirement. Include name,address, telephone number, and e-mail address for each reference. Also provide a brief description of the work performed, contract number, total contract value and period of performance. 4. Describe any customary commercial contract terms or conditions that you feel would make any resulting contract more effective, if applicable.
