The Air Force Information Technology and Cyberpower (AFITC) Conference is an annual three day conference and exhibition focused on providing government and industry a forum to discuss present problems and future opportunities within the arena of Information Technology (IT) and Cyberpower. The contractor shall plan, organize, market and execute the AFITC Conference. Each year, the AFITC Conference focuses on themes that address cyberpower, IT acquisition reforms, initiatives and technical solutions. The annual conference will encompass keynote speakers, seminar sessions, and an exhibition hall. This would be a No-Cost approach with a base period of one year and four one-year options. The offeror shall recoup cost by funds generated from the conference (i.e. selling of booth space, advertisement, attendance, etc.). If your firm can perform this service, please provide white paper or capabilities statement. You should clearly reflect your ability to provide conference support for at a minimum of 1,000 attendees and in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.
