Air University (AU) Booth: AU requires a new booth with displays and graphics to be utilized at conferences and events to support the priorities, goals, and objectives of AU. The new booth is designed for conferences and national events, and allows AU to demonstrate more educational programs due to increased participation. Current booths are restricted due to size and capability. A new booth will also improve visibility of AU educational and research programs and increased branding awareness to senior-level leadership and academic, industry, and other organizations worldwide. Storage/Setup/Teardown: AU also requires Storage, Shipping and Logistics related to the AU Booth for major events and conferences. If not fulfilled, AU would not be able to facilitate the setup and transportation to the events with current funding limitations, personnel capabilities to setup and tear-down the booth of this size and weight and location availability at AU for storage and transportation is not currently available. The services provider will design and provide a new booth in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall also provide storage between events, transportation to conferences (as needed), assembly/disassembly at each event.
