Provide Officer Training School (OTS) Staff a tailored full-day (6-8 hours) workshop of the concepts of extreme ownership as outlined in the book “Extreme Ownership” based on the authors' military experience. Provide the linkage of extreme ownership to communication, team dynamics, and ego and the affects it has on a military organization. One or two keynote presentations with group breakout sessions and breakout activities to self-assess weaknesses and strengths of the extreme ownership concepts in one's daily functions. The extreme ownership concept was derived from the book's authors and Echelon Front's instructors' distinctive military experience. This is critical to the OTS mission because our instructors need to comprehend the affects of extreme ownership and its implication to leadership and influencing superiors, peers, and subordinates within a military organization. If instructors understand the concepts of extreme ownership and its second and third order effects on a team they will be able to clearly explain OTS's “Ownership” lesson objectives to trainees in the classroom and provide more effective feedback on team dynamics and leadership behaviors to trainees during leadership application.
