This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130 and the small business size is 1,000 employees. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition and made available on the BetaSAM website at http://www.beta.sam.gov, on or about 13 Dec 2019. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 519130 is added to your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. 2. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE). 3.
