The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the items listed in the attached “draft” Statement of Requirements (SOR). This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the small business size is $41.5M. The solicitation will be issued as a full and open competition and made available on the BetaSAM website at http://www.beta.sam.gov, on or about 22 July 2020. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 511210 is added to your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. 2. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE). 3. All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.sam.gov, and the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database @ http://www.piee.eb.mil. Vendors not registered in the SAM database are ineligible for award.
