Add CLI... The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Extend the response deadline from 20 Jan 20 @ 0800 AM by two days to 22 Jan 20 @ 0800 AM 2. Update CLIN 0001 to include all fees, travel and vehicles 3. Add CLIN 0002 for lodging on a cost reimbursable basis 4. Incorporate contractor questions and Government responses Please review the attached solicitation amendment and submit a quote NLT than 22 Jan 20 @ 08:00 AM CST. Contractor Questions and Government Responses (Air Boss): Contractor: Will Maxwell AFB be providing and funding the hotel rooms for the required dates that contractor is onstie? If not, are rooms available at the AF Inn on base for contractor? Government: Solicitation will be amended to include CLIN 0002 on a cost reimbursable basis. Awardee will be required to pay for on-base lodging and be reimbursed after invoicing to WAWF. Hotel costs will be calculated prior to award. On-base accommodations will be used and final costs will be calculated once the number of contractor personnel is provided. Contractor: Will Maxwell AFB be providing and funding the rental vehicle for the required dates that a contractor is onsite at the closest commercial airport? Government: Awardee will be required to obtain rental vehicles. This cost shall be included in CLIN 0001 (See amendment 0001). Contractor: Will chow halls be open for contractors to use for meal service on base? (for civilians) Government: Chow halls will not be open for contractors. There are many on-base options available to include the food court, bowling alley, golf course and Burger King. Contractor: Will Maxwell AFB be able to provide and fund for (2) golf carts for the contractor (for sound system set up and maintenance)? Government: Required golf carts should be listed on contractors’ quotes. Golf carts should only be requested for valid purposes. The Government will obtain golf carts for all awardees requesting for valid purposes.
