The new classroom design will enable both instructors and students to engage more fully with the ever transforming curriculum. The evolving curriculum of the enlisted Professional Education requires the classrooms to be more transformative based on the learning outcome. Basically, the classroom needs to transform and create more interaction between the instructor and the student. The need for a sage on the stage is long gone. The students are now going to be involved in their own learning through large and small group discussions and projects, along with simulations and microlearning elements that create greater comprehension of the material and better leaders of tomorrow.
