The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives notice of intent to provide a small business competed blanket purchase agreement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are: Shoreline Maintenance 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Plumbing Maintenance 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Electric Maintenance 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Carpentry Maintenance 238350 - Finish Carpentry Contractors Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors This work is for Lake Martin, Maxwell-Gunter Recreation Area, 45 Sunset Place, Dadeville, Alabama 36853. Description of the Requirement: The contractor must provide a list of labor categories with the appropriate industry standard units to repair and maintain by NAICS. Do not include pricing at this time. The NAICS Codes and size standards are: -237990 and $39,500,000.00 -238220 and $16,500,000.00 -238210 and $16,500,000.00 -238350 and $16,500,000.00 -238220 and $16,500,000.00 As implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.303-2, this will be a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with firm-fixed-price (FFP) unit costs for an ordering period not to exceed the dollar threshold limitation or ordering period time limitation as approved.
