The Performance Work Statement requests Audio-visual (A/V) and computer requirements to include technical support for the Annual Survey of the Law course. The Air Force Judge Advocate General’s School (AFJAGS) is conducting the Annual Survey of the Law Course from 8-9 April 2022 at the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Florida. Setup for registration and support starts 7 April 2022. Rental, set-up and break down of audio-visual requirements such as microphones, podiums, projectors and screens for Annual Survey of the Law Conference. Rental of computers for presentations in approximately 22 separate breakout rooms. Labor for setup tear down of equipment and audio-visual/information technologies requirements.
