This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with addtional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written soliciation will not be issued. This solicitation FA309925QP004 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). The NAICS code is 325998 and the small business size standard is 650 employees. Quotes received will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Method. Laughlin AFB is requesting Brand name or equal Automated Cleaning Technologies (ACT) products. 6x TURBO STRIP 55 GALLON DRUM (#20-00475) 1x TURBO SEAL 55 GALLON DRUM (#20-00480) Quoted products must be compatible with ACT wheel washer equipment and perform essentially the same as ACT brand Turbo Strip and Turbo Seal. If an alternative product is offered, the contractor shall submit technical specifications, safety data sheets, and evidence of compatiblity with ACT brand equipment. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Any resulting award is anticipated to be paid with the Government Purchase Card (GPC). Ensure all fees are quoted included delivery, credit card, etc.
