This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation. Solicitation Number FA309925QP009 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025 (Attachment 3). Notice to Offeror. The Government reserves the right to cancel this purchase request, either before or after suspense date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make payments for any preliminary quotes, time or cost incurred. This Request for Quote is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 337122 with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping and all other items necessary to deliver and install the items included in the attached itemized furniture list (Attachment 1).
