DESCRIPTION: This is a requirment for the lease of library book services to support Laughlin AFB. The service(s) shall include all materials, and services neeeded to perform a basic adult book leased plan witth a monthly quota allowance of 16 and an annaul collection size of 192, as well as a basic children and young adult book leased plan with a monthly quota allowance of 19 and an annual collection size of 228.
