This notice is being completed to meet the synopsis requirement. This is not a solicitation. The 47 Flying Training Wing, 47 CONS at Laughlin Air Force Base, TX intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for the removal of carpet and installation of tile. The PO will consist of removing the carpet, any adhesive and cove base as well as installing tile and new cove base for a total of 10,126 sq ft. This purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation procedures. Although local vendors are expected to submit quotes for this requirement, as a small business set-aside, it will be open to any small business. If interested in receiving an oral solicitation, please send an email to both POCs listed in this notice. Award will be made to the low offeror meeting the terms of of the solicitation. If interested in recieving a copy of the publication contact the Point of Contacts (POCs) below. Any offeror that is interested in attending the optional site visit must submit notice of intent and all required information (EAL) for the site visit by 10:00AM (CST) on Aug 23, 2024. An optional site visit will be made available if requested by the date above and held on Aug 27, 2024, at 11:00AM (CST). An email will be sent with the official date of the site visit, if and only, we received above information. If a site visit is held, all questions must be submitted two days after the site visit Aug 29,2024. If there is no site visit, all questions relating to the solicitation are due by 10:00AM (CST) August 23, 2024. Quotes are due by 10:00 am (CST) on September 02, 2024.
