This is a combined synopsis/solicitation or combo from the 47th Contracting Squadron (47 CONS) at Laughlin AFB, TX, for the requirement of High Volume Circulating Fans. This solicitation is for commercercial items and services in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. All quotes must be submitted in accordance with this solicitation in its entirety to both primary and secondary points of contact and will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation factors outlined in the combo. For all intents and purposes, the attachments, amendments, if any, and all other information contained herein are considered part of the solicitation.
