This is a soloicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only public posting; quotations are being requrested orally. Solicitation number FA3099-23-Q-1034 is hereby issued as a Requested for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is intended as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and a Firm Fixed Price contract will be Awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The 47th Contracting Squadron, Laughlin AFB, Texas requires: Personnel cleaning booth to meet OSHA requirements. Hands-free enclosed walk-in cleaning booth to remove residue dust, powder, or contaminate from clothing. Air shower to dislodge residue off operator and is filtered by an extraction unit. This item can be acquired in the commercial market sector. 1. The cleaning booths must include HEPA vacuum for removing accumulations of contaminants from PPE, Air lock to capture contaminants, compliance with all health, safety, and enviromental regulations, mobile cyclone dust extractor capable to contain dust and contaminants, powerful 'air shower' effect, 1500m3/hr air flow performance, and low noise levels 74bB(A) @ 3m. a. This equipment requires a standard 220V single-phase electrical connection, which is equivalent to that of a household dryer. b. The cleaning station will be located in the facility. All quotes must be recieved by 28 September 2023 at 1:00pm EDT. Please include both POCs listed in this post within your quote submission. Ensure Quotes submitted are valid until 30 September 2023. NOTICE TO OFFERS: Funds are NOT presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligtation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
