This is not a solicitation. The 47 Flying Training Wing, 47 CONS at Laughlin Air Force Base, TX intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for removal of trees and brush for an area of appriximately 5.5 acres. The PO will consist of cutting and removing trees, palms and shrubs as well as removing and grinding down stumps. The project may also require for the contract to complete a one time mow of the entire area. This purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation proecedures. Although local vendors are expected to submit quotes for this requirement, as a small business set-aside, it will be open to any small business. If interested in receiving an oral solicitation please send an email to both POCs listed in this notice within five (5) days of this notice, no later than COB 6/23/23. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. This is the only notice that will be posted through the Federal Point of Entry, SAM.GOV, no solicitation will be posted in SAM.GOV. The Government intends to make an award as soon a funds becomes available.
