Description of Work: is for Refuse and Recycling Services at Laughlin AFB, TX. The work is performed in accordance with a Performance Work Statement and will consist of refuse and recycling at various buildings and locations throughout the installation. These services will be required as soon as the current contracts expire September 30th, 2022.
