The BPA will have a 12-month base period with four one-year option periods, and each individual task order is limited to a maximum value of $350,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 237310, with a size standard of $19.0 million. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel and FAA-approved equipment to conduct testing under wet conditions and deliver reports within 72 hours of airfield access. Note that funds for future orders under the BPA are not currently available.
