This notice is being completed to meet the requirement for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1). 47CONS at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) located in Del Rio TX, will be issuing a Purchase Order (PO) as a 100% small business set-aside. The work covered by this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals and performing all operations in connection with the construction of a outdoor gazebo at Laughlin AFB, Texas, complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications. This is the only notice that will be posted through the Federal Point of Entry, SAM.gov; no solicitation will be posted on Sam.Gov. Purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation procedures. If interested in receiving an oral solicitation please send an email to both POCs listed in this notice no later than 2:00 PM CST, 9/06/23 . All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at prior to receiving award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in SAM will render their firm ineligible for award.
