This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only public posting; quotations are being requested orally. Solicitation number FA3099-23-Q-1021 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is intended as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and a Firm Fixed Price contract will be Awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The 47th Contracting Flight, Laughlin AFB, Texas requires: 120 ADS-B Receivers; historical acquisitions indicate that no other brands have been able have all the salient items required, however, if a vendor provides justification how alternate receivers are equal to the ADS-B Receivers, quotes will be considered. Salient Product Characteristics: The ADS-B receiver should have the following features: FIS-B Weather data, dual-band ADS-B traffic, WAAS GPS with multi-constellation support, back attitude (AHRS), barometer, onboard storage, internal battery, firmware updates, and carbon monoxide monitor with alarm. The ADS-B receiver kit should include a mount, charging cable, and carrying case. All quotes must be received by 19 July 2023 at 10:00am CST. Please include both POCs listed in this post within your quote submission. Ensure Quotes submitted are valid until 30 September 2023. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are NOT presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
