Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 47TH Contracting Squadron (CONS) – Laughlin AFB, TX, intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to J MacAulay & CO, LLC to provide the Warrior’s Edge Mental/Resiliency Training. Warrior’s Edge is a program centered on mental resiliency as opposed to organizational management. Under the guise of increasing “mindfulness,” Warrior’s Edge is intended to help the team better manage stress and improve their performance by treating their mind as they would a muscle. J MacAualy & CO, LLC unique techniques and proprietary aspects of Warrior's Edge Training, make it the only source available to fulfill this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. If your company wishes to submit a response to this notice, all RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 20 June 2023 by 1:00 PM CST and ensure you include both POCs listed in this notice.
