This is not a solicitation. The 47th Contracting Flight at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) located in Del Rio TX, will be issuing a Purchase Order (PO) to Advantor System Corporation under a single source basis. The purchase order will consist of installing Advantor cameras at the following locations on Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) Flight Line Area and Base Facilities: Ammunition Storage, Combat Arms, 905/950 building, Wing Headquarters Facilities and Base Water Tower. The quantity of cameras will be determined by the contractor In Accordance With (IAW) the Statement of Objective (SOO). This will be awarded on a Single Source basis using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Advantor ASN 6.0 system operates with a secure protocol and is an Air Force certified security system IAW AFI 31-101, Integrated Defense, and HQ USAF/A4S Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD) Equipment Approval Letter, dated 8 Nov 21. Advantor is also a GSA-approved vendor. Additionally, the Advantor system is already in place in the wing. Using the same system is the only way for Security Forces at Laughlin Air Force base to integrate with the existing alarm detection system currently in place. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561621 with a size standard of $22,000,000.00. This is the only notice that will be posted through the Federal Point of Entry, SAM.gov; no solicitation will be posted on Sam.Gov. Purchase will be made In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Although currently there is no funds for this requirement, the Government anticipates awarding no later than 30 September 2022.
