47 FTW/MX is requesting the procurement of 3 each, Gasoline Powered Hydraulic Power Unit with below listed specifications: • Must have an independent power supply system to allow for operation with hy... 47 FTW/MX is requesting the procurement of 3 each, Gasoline Powered Hydraulic Power Unit with below listed specifications: • Must have an independent power supply system to allow for operation with hydraulics on Beechcraft T-1A Jayhawk, T-38 Talon, and T-6A Texan aircraft for remote operation or Maintenance facility without Electric Power • Must be able to operate with gasoline • Must be a weather proof heavy duty all welded steel tubing frame • Unit to be acquired must be light weight and portable to move from one location to another by personnel with use of a truck and/or trailer, so the power unit measurement/weight specification must be within; o Depth requirements; ? Minimum 20in; maximum 25in o Width requirements; ? Minimum 35in; maximum 40in o Height requirements: ? Minimum 30in; maximum 35in o Weight requirements: ? Minimum 270 lbs; maximum 280 lbs • Must contain a solid, puncture proof wheels with no flats guarantee • Must contain a 3/8in pressure hose with a minimum length of 15ft • Must contain 1/2in return hose with a minimum length of 15ft • Must contain an electric starter with oversized battery • Pump Pressure limits o Minimum 425 to 475 PSI o Maximum 3900 to 4100 PSI • Pump Flow 6 gallons per minute (GPM) o Minimum 6 GPM o Maximum 10 GPM • 14 HP Industrial Duty Engine horse power (HP) o Minimum 15 HP o Maximum 25 HP • Reservoir capacity o Minimum 12 US gallons o Maximum 15 US gallons • Must contain reservoir selector valves • Must contain panel mounted controls and monitoring system • Must contain a high pressure oil temperature gauge (1% accuracy) • Must contain a high efficiency, Non-Bypass Pressure Filtration system • Must contain a large capacity return Filter with water absorbing filter to remove moisture in hydraulic fluid, filter must be rated at; o Minimum 01 micron FA3099-22-Q-0021 Attachment 1 2 Aug 22 1 of 2 o Maximum 10 microns • Pressure Gauge and Flow Meter must have certificates of calibration • Must contain a panel mounted operational instructions • Must contain a 2 year Manufactures Warranty The Hydraulic Power Unit will be delivered to Laughlin AFB Texas building 508.
