This notice is being completed to meet the requirement for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1). The 47th Contracting Flight at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) located in Del Rio TX, will be issuing a Purchase Order (PO) as soon as funds become available, this can take anywhere between 30 days all the way to 250 days for funds to become available. The purchase order will consist of cutting and removing trees, palms and shrubs as well as removing and grinding down stumps. Service areas will be marked and the estimated amount includes 117 trees, 30 palms, 116 shrubs and 58 other vegetation. This requirement has an approximate cost of $40,000 to $60,000. This is the only notice that will be posted through the Federal Point of Entry, SAM.gov; no solicitation will be posted on Sam.Gov. Purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation proecedures. If interested in receiving an oral solicitation please send an email to both POCs listed in this notice within fourteen (14) days of this notice, no later than COB 2/18/22. Award will be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. This proposed acquisition is under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561730 with a size standard of $8 million.
