Provide 100 portable restrooms, 11 ADA restrooms, 45 handwashing stations and 2 personnel to maintain cleanliness and supplies. Supply Laughlin Air Force Base Air Show with portable restrooms, ADA restrooms and handwashing stations. Contractor is to deliver and set up portable restrooms, ADA restrooms and handwashing stations on 13 March 2020 starting at 1300. Tear down of portable restrooms, ADA restrooms and handwashing stations shall occur between 14 March 2020 at 1830 and 15 March 2020 at 1400. During daylight hours on 13 March 2020, there will be active aircraft operations, which will limit the different locations where the contractor can set up the portable restrooms, ADA restrooms and handwashing stations. The order of setting up will be provided. Contractor shall work during night hours if work will not be completed during the daylight hours. Location portable restrooms, ADA restrooms and handwashing stations is subject to change up to but no more than an additional 2 portable restrooms, 1 ADA restrooms and 5 handwashing stations until 5 March 2020. Contractor will not make any permanent markings on the airfield/apron to mark off locations. Temporary markings such as tape and chalk will be allowed.
