Provide all labor and materials necessary to provide rental vehicles for the period of 10 Mar - 16 Mar 2020 for the Laughlin AFB Air Show. Units will be delivered to the parking lot in front of building 211 with a full tank of gas and will be picked up at the same location. The delivery schedule will be staggered as follows: -5 Midsize Sedans and 1 full size Crew Cab pickup shall be delivered on 10 Mar by 1600 hrs (CST) on 10 Mar 20 and picked up no earlier than 0800 hrs (CST) on 16 Mar 20. -22 Midsize Sedans, 27 Minivans, and 1 Standard size 4-pax, 4-door truck with hitch receiver, trailer light wiring, must tow no less than 4,500 lbs, shall be delivered 1600 hrs (CST) on 11 Mar 20 and picked up no earlier than 0800 hrs (CST) on 16 Mar 20. -4 Midsize Sedans and 7 Minivans shall be delivered to parking lot in front of Building 211 by 1600 hrs (CST) on 11 Mar 20 and picked up no earlier than 1600 hrs (CST) on 16 Mar 20. NOTICE TO OFFERORS Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
