The 47th Flying Training Wing (47 FTW), responsible for Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT), is seeking contractors capable of providing T-6A Mixed Reality Devices in accordance with the attached Statement of Objective (SOO). The government is planning to lease eight (8) of these devices to achieve the desired requirement for one (1) base year, with the possibility of four (4) one (1) year option years. The contractor will be responsible for all equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, shipping, installation of, training, upkeep, troubleshooting, disassembly of, return shipping and all incidentals related to this solicitation. The acquisition will be 100% set aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR 19.203(b). The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov. Requests for Information (RFIs) or other questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted no later than 11 June 2019. RFIs or other questions submitted after 11 June 2019 may or may not be answered if the Contracting Officer determines it to be in the Government's best interest. All quotes must be submitted no later than 20 June 2019 at 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time.
