Replacement of B3201 Grease Trap and Kitchen Cabinets
This project requires the removal, relocation, and replacement of an undersized grease trap at the B3201 Crossroads Dining Facility on Goodfellow AFB with a new 90-gallon, 75 GPM stainless steel interceptor installed outside. The contractor must also demolish and replace all bottom kitchen cabinetry to match existing and verify all site conditions before work.
