Amendment 0001: Extension to offer due date from 15 August 2025 to 25 August 2025. The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is in need to remove and replace a 250-Ton Trane® air cooled chiller at B3139. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 365 Calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC - 4120 NAICS - 238220 Size Standard - $19,000,000 Set Aside - 100% Small Business The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Justification and Approval for Trane Chiller Brand Name, along with applicable attachments will be attached to this solicitation. Site Visit to be held on Wednesday, 6 August 2025 at 9:00 AM (CST). Questions resulting from the site visit are due by Monday, 11 August 2025 at 3:00 PM (CST). Offers are due by Wednesday, 27 August 2025 at 2:30 PM (CST) Notice to Vendors: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
