The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX intends to issue solicitation to remove and replace a 250-Ton Trane® air cooled chiller at B3139. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 365 Calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. A solicitation is projected to be posted on or after 18 July 2025. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC - 4120 NAICS - 238220 Size Standard - $19,000,000 Set Aside - 100% Small Business The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
