The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is seeking repair of a shoreline bulkhead supporting a sidewalk, it has suffered erosion and caused a vertical separation of 4 inches in the sidewalk. The unstable bulkhead needs stabilization and the sidewalk needs repair to return it to ADA compliance. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be 60 Calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All responsible vendors may submit a quote to the 17th Contracting Squadron electronically via email. Oral quotes WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. PSC/FSC - Y1PZ NAICS - 238190 Size Standard - $19,000,000 Set Aside - 100% Small Business The estimated order of magnitude for this project is between between $25,000 and $100,000. Site Visit to be held on Tuesday 5 August 2025 at 9:00 AM (CST). Questions resulting from the site visit are due by Thursday, 7 August 2025 at 3:00 PM (CST). Base Access Letters (BALs) are due Friday, 1 August 2025 at 2:30 PM (CST).
